01 HOW DO I START A PROJECT?

Start by sending an inquiry through the contact page with what you need, your goals, desired timeline and any useful references. From there, I can review the project and confirm the scope, deliverables and next steps.

02 WHAT TYPES OF PROJECTS DO YOU TAKE ON?

My strongest areas are logo and brand identity development and website design, particularly Shopify based digital experiences. I also work across graphic design, photography, photo retouching, digital creative and select creative direction projects.

03 HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

Payment structure depends on the size and scope of the project. Project details, pricing and payment expectations are confirmed before creative work begins so both sides understand the agreement from the start.

04 HOW MANY REVISIONS ARE INCLUDED?

Projects generally include up to six refinement rounds unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. The goal is to use those rounds intentionally so we can arrive at a final direction that feels considered rather than endlessly changing the concept.

05 HOW LONG DOES A PROJECT TAKE?

Timelines vary depending on scope, complexity, communication and the number of deliverables involved. A logo project and a fully customized website naturally require different schedules. The expected timeline will be discussed before the project begins.

06 DO YOU DESIGN AND BUILD WEBSITES?

Yes. Website work can include visual design, page structure, responsive layouts, Shopify customization and custom front end development using Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript depending on the project.

07 WHAT DO I RECEIVE AT THE END OF A DESIGN PROJECT?

Final deliverables depend on the project. Logo and identity work may include multiple approved logo formats and supporting brand assets, while digital and website projects are delivered according to the agreed scope. Your specific deliverables are confirmed before work begins.

08 CAN YOU WORK WITH AN EXISTING BRAND?

Absolutely. Not every project needs a complete rebrand. I can work within an existing identity to create new digital experiences, graphics, website updates, campaign materials or other creative assets while maintaining consistency with the established brand.

09 DO YOU WORK WITH CLIENTS OUTSIDE TENNESSEE?

Yes. Many design, branding and website projects can be completed remotely, allowing me to collaborate with businesses and creative clients regardless of location.

10 WHAT IF I'M NOT SURE EXACTLY WHAT I NEED?

That is completely fine. You do not need to arrive with every creative decision already made. Tell me what you are trying to accomplish, what currently is not working and where you want the brand or project to go. From there, we can identify the right creative direction and scope.
