01 HOW DO I START A PROJECT? ＋

Start by sending an inquiry through the contact page with what you need, your vision, timeline and any helpful references. Once the project details are confirmed, payment secures the project and I begin the creative process.

02 WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PAY? ＋

Once your payment and project details are confirmed, I begin creating from the direction we agreed on. I will send the work for review, collect your feedback and refine it until we reach the approved final direction.

03 HOW MANY REVISIONS DO I GET? ＋

Projects include up to 6 rounds of refinements unless your individual project agreement says otherwise. A revision round means a collected set of requested adjustments to the current approved direction.

04 HOW LONG DOES A PROJECT TAKE? ＋

Timing depends on the scope of the project, my current queue and how quickly feedback is returned. Your expected timeline will be discussed before the project begins.

05 DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS? ＋

Because creative services reserve time and involve custom work, payments are generally non refundable once work has begun. If something is not working for you, communicate with me and we can work toward a reasonable solution.

06 WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE DESIGN? ＋

Tell me specifically what is not connecting for you. The revision process is there so we can refine the work together. My goal is to solve the creative issue within the agreed scope rather than leave you stuck with something that does not feel right.

07 WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? ＋

Payment options can include Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal and Venmo. The available method for your project will be confirmed when you book.

08 WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY FINAL FILES? ＋

Final files are prepared after the project has been approved and any remaining balance has been paid. The exact file types depend on the service and intended use.

09 CAN I USE A CONCEPT BEFORE IT IS FINAL? ＋

Please wait until the project is approved, paid in full and final files are delivered before publishing or using the work. Drafts, previews and unused concepts are not final deliverables.

10 WHO OWNS UNUSED CONCEPTS OR DRAFTS? ＋

You will always have final usage rights are for your project.

11 WHAT HAPPENS IF MY WORK IS COPIED OR STOLEN? ＋

Mesha Cole Visuals does not permit unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale or use of its designs, drafts or creative work. Unauthorized use may result in takedown requests or other legal remedies available under the applicable agreement and law.
